Sales Development Representative

£24k-£28k+ OTE

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team through the rapid response to and qualification of inbound leads.
• Proactively generate new leads through outbound prospecting by phone, email and linkedin.
• Learn to effectively qualify leads, articulate our value proposition, and once qualified, to route opportunities to the account executives.
• Help new SDRs for the success of the team.
• Co-author a plan including account prioritisation and campaigns with the sales team

Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years experience as an SDR or in a 360 sales role
• Interest in technology, SaaS, marketing and business development.
• Excellent written English.
• You want to win and get things done.
• Be able to learn quickly and work independently, solving problems as they arise.
• Although you are focused on your own performance and probably competitive, you are also a team player and enjoy helping others.
• A Bachelor's degree or 3 additional years of professional experience.
