Position Summary

The Sales Director will lead new business development efforts and drive revenue growth across key markets and industry verticals. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing strategic client relationships while positioning the company as a trusted partner for creative production, content operations, and AI-driven marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, fashion, consumer packaged goods (CPG), e-commerce, consumer electronics, and media sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior decision-makers including CMOs, Creative Directors, Brand Leaders, E-commerce Executives, and Procurement Teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and securing large strategic accounts.
• Experience selling creative services, digital marketing services, content production, media services, SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or related solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and solution-selling capabilities.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
