$75,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

This is an opportunity to join the leading organization in the energy conference space. The company has recently experienced rapid growth and are looking for a Sales Director to bring in sponsorship revenue for their virtual and in-person events. The Sales Director will have 5+ years' experience selling solutions (digital, events, or media) and experience working in a fast paced environment.

The Sales Director will be responsible for:

• Delivering outstanding customer service in the day-to-day management of client's to achieve sponsorship sales revenue
• Managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach, to closing of business, to account management
• Generating revenue through a retained client base
• Demonstrating commercial awareness by being able to deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts
• Utilizing Salesforce to track and report account activity accurately and in a timely manner

The Sales Director will possess the following:

• 5-10 years sales experience, both face to face and over the phone (preferably in energy)
• A driven and dedicated approach to consultative sales
• A results driven mindset motivated by surpassing targets and reaping the rewards
• Superb communication skills
• Ability to travel to different parts of the country to attend conferences and events
• Bilingual (Spanish) would be huge plus but not necessary
