The Company:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business within an extremely popular sector which is increasing YOY. The company provide a marketing platform which joins data insights and creative strategy to establish relationships between brands and creators. The company have just received funding and are on track to double in size by the end of Q1 so they are now looking for a client facing Sales Director to come in and hit the ground running.

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible driving new business as well as building relationships with some of the world's biggest brands. You will be growing your selected patch by pitching and presenting ideas to leading brands that are tailored around their needs. With modern offices located in London to match their friendly, go-getting and passionate team, you will benefit from their competitive salary and generous bonus structure.

The Role:

  • Using a hands-on approach in creating brand exposure and driving new business by meeting with clients and media agencies
  • Being comfortable presenting and promoting the products on offering and tailoring these based around client's needs or future plans
  • Use a very consultative approach, working with the client, finding their needs before taking briefs ensure the campaigns is delivered to their expectations
  • Generate new leads by searching organisations/agencies or individuals and having the resilience to get in front of those people
  • Consistently exceed individual and team targets whilst building strong working relationships with clients

The Candidate:

  • 3 years new business sales in either media & digital advertising OR advertising technology to ensure you can go in and hit the ground running
  • Experience and contacts across tier 1 media agencies
  • Proven track records of generating new revenue and hitting/exceeding targets
  • A strong knowledge of media landscapes, and an interest in the future of the industry
  • A real go getter attitude with a creative mindset with a keen eye for details and opportunities
