Sales Enablement Manager

Are you a natural communicator who can persuade and influence others? Do you have experience in client facing and relationship management roles? Have you experience working in Technology, data, market research or insights industries?

Aspire are partnering with a consumer insight brand who utilize proprietary technology to allow their clients to utilize better marketing solutions and improve their interaction with their customers. The brand have seen significant growth and are looking to make several key hires. They are looking to recruit a Sales Enablement Manager to support the US Sales Team.

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure that that they have the right tools and to help them succeed
- Developing and maintaining a collateral lifecycle process, ensuring ongoing relevance by continuously updating or deprecating content
- Supporting the Account Management Team to ensure retention and growth of key accounts for the business
- Building, hosting and managing training calendar related to product updates and new features/releases in close partnership with cross-functional business partners.
- Providing product training and technical expertise and facilitate the creation and maintenance of product and process materials
- Being actively involved in major RFI, RFPs and pitches

The Sales Enablement Manager will have the following experience:
- 3+ years' experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales enablement or sales development
- Strong relationship skills, both internally and externally
- Extremely organized, self-starter, with strong attention to details
- A strong work ethic, creative problem solver, and team player
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically based on business needs
- Ideally you'll have experience working in; enterprise/SaaS technology, Automotive, Financial Services or Consumer Goods
