Sales Executive.

Are you an experienced sales person with a proven interest in all things green / sustainability?!

This company is a fast growing start-up connecting UK charities to businesses - helping the businesses to deliver on CSR and brand engagement whilst increasing donations and exposure for the charities!

As Sales Consultant, you will have a hands-on consultative role, growing client portfolios and developing support for charity partners. You'll be someone who can quickly build a pipeline of opportunities to convert to new clients. As part of a small team you'll have a significant impact on the sales strategy!

You will work in a small team, in gorgeous offices in a listed building in Borough Markets. With other benefits including, a great company culture and a free plant every time you make a deal!

The Role

• Identifying potential SME customers and new opportunities
• Building a sales plan to deliver growth targets through generating and qualifying prospects
• Nurturing prospects from first conversation to client acquisition
• Creating value-aligned business partnerships to help grow the company and its client base
• Working collaboratively with the MD and team to plan and deliver sales strategies

The Candidate

• 1.5+ years full sales cycle experience
• Track record of achieving / over-achieving targets and quotas
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Self-driven but also a team player
