We are looking for a driven sales professional with a natural flare for building relationships, to join our client's team in their central London head office. You will be predominantly dealing with inbound enquiries from prospective clients within the property sector.

The Role

You'll play a key role in accelerating and growing the customer base.

This will be the chance to hit the ground running and take full ownership for your sales funnel by chasing leads generated by the marketing team using various communication channels and closing your own deals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to engage new and existing customers
  • Presenting, promoting and selling the organisation's services
  • Booking face-to-face meetings with potential clients and following up afterwards
  • Working towards daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Maintaining accurate data of customers, prospects and sales transactions in the CRM system
  • Proactively seeking to maintain, improve & demonstrate industry knowledge and competitor awareness

The Person

To excel at this role, you will be a natural negotiator, tenacious, charismatic and an highly determined individual. You will need to be highly motivated and driven with a natural sales ability.

Requirements:

  • Professional and well-spoken
  • Experienced in using CRM systems
  • Interest in forging a career in a fast-paced Sales environment.
  • Determined to succeed with a willingness to learn and progress.
  • Excellent English written and spoken communication skills.
  • Interest in real estate, hospitality and start-ups is a bonus
