Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 basic + OTE

The Company:

A leading tech platform that connects the daily commute of a community are looking for a Savvy Sales Manager to join their team. This tool allows companies to track their carbon footprint and benefit from helping the environment as well as making it an easier journey for its employees every single day! With an outstanding, fully fledged development team who have spent years designing and creating this cool and efficient piece of tech, they are now looking for an experienced sales professional to take the reins and help start-up the sales side of the business. They are looking for a methodical expert to help create and implement the sales strategy with the future showing you to create the sales team around you as you work your way up to ladder as the first sales person to come into the business!

With offices located in Central London, you will benefit from working within a collaborative environment as well as having the amazing opportunity to join a business with an outstanding offering, being responsible for the end to end sales strategy implementation! You will benefit from a career bursting with opportunity and progression, whilst working with some household names such as Gatwick Airport and Royal Bank of Scotland.

The Role:

  • Selling the platform on a subscription basis to maximise revenue as per agreed targets.
  • Attend key industry events and meetings to develop and widen your contact base.
  • Identify new areas for lead generation to foster new opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Successfully manage a pipeline of opportunities to build healthy relationships with prospective and existing clients.

The candidate:

  • Experience selling tech/software/SaaS to ensure knowledge of the sales process to successfully win new business opportunities.
  • Your strong communication skills will help you to negotiate effectively with key decision makers.
  • An interest in the technology space to ensure it comes across in your pitch to prospective and existing clients
  • A self-motivator able to work independently and flexibly with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
