Search and Social Manager.

This leading global media network is looking for a Search and Social Manager to join their team! You will be part of an International Team based out of London and you will be integrated into all aspects of paid media for the client and its many products. You will have insight into work being done for the client far beyond the performance remit, providing a valuable opportunity to see inside marketing campaigns and strategies globally.

This is an incredible opportunity for an individual with a strong Search and/or Social to join one of the largest media groups delivering award-winning work daily.

The role:

• Provide Digital Leadership including status updates on Search and Social deliverables on a regular basis, including management of deadlines and Reporting
• Managing the creation of integrated digital media plans based off a sound technical understanding of the digital eco-system and available platforms
• Be the main POC to Digital Leadership at the client regarding Search and Social activity
• You will manage a team of 2-4 buyers and/or planners and responsible for your team's output, acting as the escalation point when required
• Deliver Search and Social media planning and activation strategies
• Drive the innovation agenda, ensuring that the client is at the forefront of Programmatic

The candidate:

• 3+ years working in Search and/or Social planning and/or activation
• Demonstrate passion and knowledge of the Search and/or Social
• Exposure to other digital channels like Programmatic is desired but not essential
• Team management experience
• Ability to manage challenges of various clients and market interests in a culturally sensitive manner
• Be confident in analysing and acting on marketing data
