As a senior member of the team, you will take a lead role in achieving the company's growth plans, you will be responsible for client service, business and team development, and disseminating knowledge throughout the research team.

The Role

• Run end-to-end qual projects from proposal writing to presentation
• Work on a strategic and tactical research briefs
• Line-manage, mentor and support the development of junior staff members

• Deliver growth targets required by the research team and wider business to hit annual financial targets

The Candidate

• Solid market research agency experience at the Associate Director level or higher
• Experience in every aspect of the qual research process including proposal writing topic/discussion guide writing, in-depth interviews, moderated focus groups and moderated online communities, ethnographies, analysis, report writing and presenting
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and staff
