💰 £42,500 basic salary
💸 5% commission on signed business

What they're looking for:

✅ 1-2 years' R&D Tax sales experience
✅ Proven track record of generating new business
✅ Strong understanding of the R&D Tax market
✅ Confident building relationships with decision-makers
✅ Comfortable working towards targets
✅ Strong communication and commercial skills
✅ Someone who knows how to turn conversations into revenue

This isn't a role for someone looking to learn sales from scratch.

They want someone who already understands R&D Tax sales and can hit the ground running.
