🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Commercial Manager - Wimbledon, London

Are you an experienced sales professional in B2B events or exhibitions? Looking for a role where you can drive results and contribute to a growing, private equity-backed events company? This is your opportunity!

What You'll Do:

  • Take responsibility for new business development across exhibition space & sponsorship sales.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets (£30k+).

  • Make 60 calls / 90 minutes call time daily to generate new business.

  • Build long-term client relationships and manage high-value accounts.

  • Work with the Sales Director to implement commercial strategies and develop new initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years' experience in B2B events/exhibition sales.

  • Experienced in meeting and surpassing sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable managing senior-level client relationships.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Bonus Structure:

  • Uncapped 10% commission above target.

Interview Process:
1️⃣ Teams call with Sales Manager/MD (15-20 mins)
2️⃣ Face-to-face exploratory meeting (may include light role-play)
3️⃣ Role-play sales scenario ➡️ offer immediately after
