If you're a content-led Conference Producer who loves turning ideas into buzzing, high-impact live events-this one's for you.

You'll be shaping industry conversations across sports, health & wellbeing 🏃‍♂️💪, pets 🐶 and outdoor/active lifestyle 🌿-bringing together communities, big ideas, and influential voices.

🚀 What you'll be doing

🎯 Owning content strategy across a portfolio of 25+ events a year
🧠 Turning trends, insights & research into must-attend agendas
🎤 Securing standout speakers (the ones people actually want to hear from)
🤝 Building strong relationships across industries and communities
💼 Working closely with sales to create commercially successful content
👥 Supporting & mentoring junior producers
🎪 Bringing events to life-from concept → launch → live delivery

🔍 What we're looking for

✔️ 3-5+ years in conference production (B2B essential, B2C a bonus)
✔️ Experience delivering multi-stream or large-scale events
✔️ Strong agenda writing + speaker acquisition skills
✔️ Commercial mindset (you understand how content drives revenue 💡)
✔️ Organised, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Confident communicator who can work with senior stakeholders

🏡 Hybrid working - 3 days in the office
✈️ Travel to 4-5 events per year
