About the role of a Senior Conference Producer:

Based in London, the Senior Conference Producer will be working on an exciting new project on a flagship event in the energy industry. This is a crucial time for the energy industry as it rapidly adapts and evolves to meet net-zero ambitions across the globe as part of the energy transition.

The role:

• Create an Event Production strategy that includes content positioning audience retention and product evolution
• Work with the sales, production and marketing teams to ensure the strategy is in line across all teams
• Create content to help retain and attract new audiences and help drive in new revenue
• Setup meetings to determine conference themes, topics, content building blocks, session chairs and speakers
• On board new and existing speakers and ensure they are engaged at all times
• Assist in targeting key industry stakeholders and drive engagement to the Energy Summit
• Ensure that all Digital Content is aligned and meets the events strategy
• Create a regular blog featuring key industry articles and interviews with key stakeholders

About you:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Conference Production
• Good stakeholder management
• Have a good understanding of the production lifecycle
• Experience across the energy portfolio is advantageous but not essential
