Senior Content Manager.

The client is one of the world's leading independent specialist for communication to children, families and young people globally.

They are a top 20 agency in the UK, top five independent agency and top ten buying point for media.

They have a network of international agency partners across the globe all specialising in the children's family and youth markets all managed from their central management hub in London.

Their dedicated and award-winning Entertainment division identifies, develops and distributes premium content to the right audiences: Cinema, TV, Social Media, content aggregators. The aim is to engage with audiences wherever they are through content and productions.

This team is now looking to recruit for a Senior Content Manager, who is keen to accelerate their career in the Entertainment and Content fields.

You will be responsible for providing best-in-class account management and team support, to drive the Entertainment division forward and manage the implementation of multiple projects.

They are offering a salary up to £50k, plus benefits including 3 days in office, 2 days WFH (flexible and offices found in Fitzrovia between Goodge Street and Warren Street), 21 Days Holiday allowance, pension and Summer Fridays, all year round - 2pm finish.

Responsibilities:

• The role will involve managing current projects, but it will also play a pivotal in significantly develop a wider client portfolio. This will involve proactively canvasing ideas to new clients and upsell services to existing ones.
• Overseeing/monitoring the timely execution of production services that the agency are white-labelling to serve their current customer base.
• Overseeing/monitoring the timely execution of content distribution initiatives across TV, Cinema and streamers, such as: assets sharing, mastering, certifications

• Create/ make recommendation to create engaging multimedia content, that is relevant and appropriate for each platform and designed to achieve maximum engagement
• Supervise and implement the day-to-day management of multiplatform initiatives across multiple platforms, to optimise and adapt workflow and processes across the team.

The Person

• Passion for all things entertainment
• Experience in managing small teams and creative suppliers
• Experience of production workflow and processes, acquired at agency side or across the entertainment industry
• Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of brand, design, and layout
• Able to canvass, pitch new ideas to new and existing client
• Strong presentation skills with absolute confidence in delivering pitch-ready
