£45k-£55k DOE + bonus

The company are an incredibly exciting events business who focus on producing highly engaging, creative and content driven festival style tech events across the globe. Corporates, brands, investors, start-ups and influencers come together to celebrate innovation, forging new partnerships and creating new ideas on how to overcome their digital transformation challenges.

Bringing together some of the most cutting-edge new ideas in the industry, these events are unmissable!

The two flagship shows have over 10,000 attendees each and take place in London and Asia and with another year of further expansion planned, they are now looking for a Senior Content Manager to join the business to run two innovation festivals in Abu Dhabi looking at FinTech, Healthnet, EnviroTech and Energy Technology. You will also work on the London show.

The Senior Content Manager will manage a hardworking, creative and successful producer and join a business of like-minded, passionate, tech savvy innovators who all work collaboratively to create world class events and contribute to business growth.

You will be responsible for in depth market research spotting the hottest trends and identifying commercial topics to create unforgettable agendas, inviting and managing world class speakers and developing and delivering the strategy for the content offering.

You will have the opportunity to travel regularly to ensure you are meeting with industry leaders, brands and attending competitor shows.

The successful Senior Content Manager will have;

  • Strong and relevant experience in content production which will ensure you can effectively produce engaging, commercially viable content
  • Excellent interpersonal skills which will enable you to engage and lead stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong interest or understanding of the technology space
  • The ability to understand the target audience's needs and objectives and what content they want to consume and why
  • The ability to build a network of contributors, including event speakers, editorial contributors and advisory panels
  • Managed a team of at least 1 person
  • A high level of proficiency in Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Excellent copy writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
