Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Digital Design Manager, at our Tamworth Office in the UK.

As a Senior Digital Design Manager, you will lead the Global Design team and hold responsibility for strategy and omnichannel solutions in a Global Business. You will lead a team responsible for designing Business Services within the global Customer Interaction team (areas of responsibility span eCommerce, Web, Mobile, CRM, and Marketing areas), and will enhance our digital presence in the Retail sector.

Required skills:

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent
• Expert stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate with Senior Stakeholders
• Experience working within a senior business change, customer-centric transformation, eCommerce, or digital transformation role
• Direct experience or management experience in business service design
• Strong people management skills with previous management experience in motivating and developing high-performance teams
• Experience of working in an AGILE environment
• Experience or knowledge of developing customer journeys, service blueprints, and workshop facilitation
• Comfortable and familiar with technology in the sphere of Loyalty and Customer Interaction
• Excellent communication skills
