Aspire are currently working with a fast-growing, award-winning brand experience agency who are seeking an experienced Senior Event Producer to assist with an expanding portfolio of virtual and live experiences. This person must have corporate events and conferences experience. Flexible working arrangements but must be able to commute to New York City office.

The Senior Event Producer will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing event and campaign strategy for clients by understanding business needs with a longer communications campaign focus
• End to end project management including delivery, budgeting, contracting, production, and design for large scale event delivery on a global portfolio
• Understanding and advising on technical production needs for the project
• Project progression, timeline, and deliverables
• Managing client projects to agreed specifications
• Proactively maintaining control over projects from an internal and external perspective
• Planning for, identifying, and contracting project resource, as needed on a project-by-project basis
• Responsibility for event direction including health and safety, operations and resourcing, and sustainable practices
• Content production and creative development for corporate communication campaigns
• Assisting with client retention working alongside senior team
• Align with company objectives to define strategy, growth, and creativity around event services and delivery
• Maximize all potential revenue opportunities including upselling opportunities throughout the event cycle

The Senior Event Producer will possess the following:

• Expertise in integrated communications, event production, and brand experiences in the live and digital environment with cursory knowledge of film/TV production
• Understanding of fully-integrated marketing and communication campaigns in relation to event production and business objectives
• Knowledge of technical production needs for a creative agency
• Acute budgetary skills in creation, maintenance, and reconciliation of large and complex budgets, >$500,000
• Client relationship management and key creative collaboration
• Excellent literacy and communication skills; able to develop and maintain excellent personal relationships with clients and external stakeholders
• Self-sufficiency
• Fantastic work ethic and customer service
