Senior Marketing Executive.

The client is a professional international membership organisation that promotes and advances civil engineering around the world. It is a qualifying body, a centre for the exchange of specialist knowledge, and a provider of resources to encourage innovation and excellence in the profession worldwide.

We are working with a separate brand, wholly owned by the membership body who are a family of contracts designed to enable the implementation of sound project management principles through the duration of a project.

Designed to be suitable for global use, they are used for the procurement of a diverse range of construction works, services and supply by both the public and private sectors, including the 2012 London Olympics and Brighton i360

They are currently looking to hire an Senior Marketing Executive to focus on developing, organising and managing marketing campaigns.

You will be responsible for delivering strategic campaigns using the full marketing mix

They are looking for someone to set up the international strategy, working with government level stakeholders and engaging with trade press.

The role will also be a mix of advertising courses, value proposition e.g. content creation, advertising, events, marketing strategy

You will sit in a team of 5 fellow marketeers.

This is a full time permanent opportunity paying up to £35k plus bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, design, management, and execution of key marketing campaigns.
• Drive revenue from existing customers and increase spend per customer to achieve financial goals.
• Engage fully with trade press, relevant research and reports and appropriate internal departments to maximise customer engagement and awareness.
• Execute customer analysis to identify new markets, areas for growth, up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Undertake market research to ensure targeted, customer-focused marketing and implement changes where needed.
• Advise in the development of the annual marketing strategies to achieve financial and strategic goals.
• Creation and optimisation of key marketing content and campaigns to support the lead generation and revenue objectives
• Implement marketing activities through co-operation with colleagues in customer services, product development, sales and beyond

The Person

• A minimum of 3 years copywriting/content marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record in operational and strategic marketing and market development
• Experience communicating with senior level stakeholders, (for example those in Government)
• Experience in project managing end-to-end marketing campaigns
• Experience of working with media channels
• Ability to write compelling copy for a variety of audiences
• Good data management and segmentation experience
• Fluency with MS office and digital marketing applications
• Strong written, numeric, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
