The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Account Manager to join a growing team and take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded paid media specialist who enjoys combining hands-on campaign management with strategic client leadership. You'll play a pivotal role in driving client performance, building long-term relationships and contributing to the continued success of a fast-growing agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, creative testing and overall performance delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading performance reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Analyse campaign data and performance trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
• Create insightful reports, dashboards and presentations that clearly communicate campaign results and recommendations.
• Ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution and measurement across channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with platform partners, gaining access to new features, beta opportunities and industry insights.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support wider business development initiatives.

About You

• 4+ years' experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
• Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads or App Install campaigns would be highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Confident managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working autonomously.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills.
