Senior Partner & Growth Marketing Manager (Remote - Must live in US)

You'll be joining a fast-paced, mission-driven organisation where partnerships, marketing, and growth sit at the heart of everything.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll take ownership of partner-led marketing initiatives and directly influence lead generation, pipeline growth, and overall campaign performance.

What you'll be doing

You'll own the execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns that drive both lead volume and quality, working closely with a range of strategic partners.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Lead partner marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C channels
• Build and optimise partner-driven campaigns (email, landing pages, content)
• Create co-branded marketing assets including emails, decks, and campaign materials
• Manage and grow key partner relationships, supporting both virtual and in-person activity
• Use data and performance insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
• Support event marketing, including pre- and post-event communications
• Own CRM-driven campaigns, including segmentation, journeys, and A/B testing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and commercial teams

You're a proactive, hands-on marketer who enjoys owning projects end-to-end and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

You'll likely have:

• 5-7 years' experience in growth, demand generation, or partner marketing
• Strong experience with email marketing, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns
• A track record of delivering measurable pipeline or lead generation results
• Confidence creating high-quality marketing assets and campaigns
• Experience working with or alongside partners or external stakeholders
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to spot trends and optimise performance

Nice to have

• Background in education (K-12, higher ed, or edtech) or sports
• Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing environments
• Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g. Dynamics or similar)
