The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to join a London-based team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering large-scale global experiential projects to an exceptional standard.

You will work closely with studio, producers, and the wider production team to manage projects from concept through to onsite execution and reconciliation. International and domestic travel will be required.

Versatility is essential - you must be confident delivering both live (IRL) and virtual/hybrid projects, adapting your approach to support the team and ensure projects meet the highest creative and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

• Lead the production management process across multiple global projects

• Manage onsite execution including build, install, live delivery, and de-rig

• Conduct detailed site surveys and supplier briefings

• Assess technical feasibility of client briefs

• Produce production schedules and supporting documentation

Commercial & Budget Ownership

• Manage production budgets and negotiate supplier costs

• Work closely with project leads to ensure commercially successful delivery

• Ensure projects are delivered within cost, time, and quality constraints

• Complete full project reconciliation including expenses

Operational Oversight

• Oversee warehouse standards and stock management

• Manage logistics including load-lists, deliveries, and collections

• Ensure efficient pre-production planning and execution

Collaboration & Leadership

• Build strong internal and external relationships

• Liaise confidently with clients onsite

• Guide and mentor junior team members

• Lead supplier debriefs and share project learnings

• Identify risks and escalate critical issues appropriately

Health & Safety

• Manage H&S processes and compliance

• Collate third-party documentation

• Contract H&S specialists where required

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' agency experience

• At least 2 years in a Senior Production Manager or similar role

• Proven track record delivering international experiential campaigns

• Strong IRL and virtual/hybrid production experience

• Experience managing large-scale builds and installations

• Commercially astute with budget ownership experience
