Are you an experienced Quantitative market research Senior Research Director and do you have experience from a market research agency?

This is a tremendous opportunity to join an award winning and fast-growing global research consultancy.

Their work is uniquely as they leverage behavioural science to develop new thinking, new frameworks and new methodologies. They aim to revive traditional research methods by pioneering new ways to deliver fresh insights.

They follow flexible working arrangements blending a couple of days in their spectacular Central London office and the rest from home.

The Role

• Pioneer experimental behavioural quantitative methodologies
• Behavioural applications of conjoint, choice modelling, max diff, evaluative priming and eye tracking
• Contribute significantly to winning and generating new clients
• Lead the strategic thinking at the heart of projects, ensuring quality of thinking
• Take management responsibilities helping team members to grow and develop their skills

The Candidate

• No prior behavioural science experience is required, most importantly you must have strong quant agency experience
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Experience across FMCG, retail, finance and tech. Experience of working across some public and social clients would be beneficial but not essential
• Superb communication skills to work effectively with clients and staff

Salary: £90,000-£110,000
