Senior Research Executive
£27000-£34000
Mansfield - 4 Days Remote
A creative marketing agency with more than 100 years of rich history, this is an established business looking to build its dedicated insights department. With specialisms that include print management, the business is a strong advocate for sustainability and involved in community projects, ethical sourcing and innovation.
Joining a team of 20, you'll be exposed to research areas like retail design, behavioural science and brand strategy. Offering near full remote working, your travel into the Mansfield office (2 to 4 times per month) is covered entirely by the business.
The focus of this Senior Research Executive role is aiding clients in understanding current/prospective customers, their behaviours and how these insights can inform key decision making. A range of qualitative methods will be employed, including co-creation, service design, user experience research & testing, ethnography and biometrics.

Key Duties
- Managing projects as Senior Research Executive from inception through to completion
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reporting - explaining, troubleshooting and resolving any queries to the stakeholders
- Draft discussion guides, reports and presentations
- Engage internal teams in the insight/analytics process and share recommendations to aid decision making
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
Skills & Experience
- You have good grounding in primary qualitative research, ideally with experience in a research agency
- You can conduct techniques such as depth interviewing, designing discussion guides and conducting focus groups
- Able to take ownership and lead on smaller projects
- Able to work independently and effectively within a team
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
