Working with clients that include Deloitte and The Guardian, this company boast a proprietary insights platform that has served consumer and B2B industries for two decades. Their methods of work include customer experience, communication testing and user research to name a few.

They are bringing a Senior Research Executive on board to cover a range of quantitative & qualitative projects. You'll build expertise in managing customer accounts and taking the lead on projects, helping to produce sophisticated insights to support clients in the decision making.

Key Duties Include

• Supporting the successful delivery of projects, involving all aspects such as fieldwork, designing questionnaires and providing contribution to analysis
• As Senior Research Executive serve as a day-to-day point of contact across core accounts and work closely with senior stakeholders
• Analysing data, incorporating findings into reports and presenting insights in an engaging format
• Maintain supplier and client relationships
• Support senior managers in identifying opportunities to develop new business

Skills & Experience

• You have a quantitative/qualitative research background and analytical ability, ideally from a research/insight agency
• Able to set-up, manage and deliver research projects
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite
• Great self-management and able to prioritise multiple tasks
• Work well both in a team towards a common goal and independently
