Strategy, research and planning underpin the work they do, tackling commercial challenges with a consultancy approach. This includes methods like analytical modelling and behaviour change, developing marketing strategies such as brand & category, portfolio, communications and more.

Their projects spans a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Leisure, FMCG and Technology - one example being how to expand engagement across demographics for a leading fitness brand.

As Senior Research Executive, you will be supporting the Associate Director and Director in the team, working across a wide range of these cross-sector projects.

Key Duties

• As Senior Research Executive assist in running/managing projects, taking lead on smaller responsibilities
• Help develop and manage client relationships
• Master skills including execution of complex surveys; presenting data clearly and accurately; planning and undertaking complex analysis
• You will build in-depth reports and engaging presentations to be made to stakeholders
• Supporting junior researchers in their professional development

Skills & Experience

• Quantitative research expertise from an agency or client-side background
• Familiar working with data analysis software
• Comfortable writing reports & presenting engaging insights to clients
• Able to manage yourself effectively to work across multiple tasks
• You integrate and work well with a team towards a common goal, and are also effective when working independently
