Senior Research Executive - Corporate Reputation

£26000 - £31000 per annum + benefits

They are looking for a Senior Research Executive to join their Reputation team, to work across a range of quantitative and qualitative research projects. This role will suit someone who has a solid grounding in primary research methodologies, has a keen interest in how companies are perceived and what they can do to enhance their brand, and what they give back to the community.

The Role
In this role, you will be working on projects from inception through to completion, managing these on a day-to-day basis and keeping your client informed with progress. You will be working across several sectors - including financial services, FMCG, technology, e-commerce, pharma and retail. You will play a key part in the project team at ensuring high quality outputs.

Key Duties Include:-Building up a strong understanding of your clients' businesses, where their challenges are and how research can help to influence business decision processes
* Building strong client relationships - you will be the go-to point for your client on projects, answering queries and providing updates
* Taking the job briefs and proposing methodologies that are suitable, then designing the survey or project - including writing questionnaires or discussion guides, sampling, data collection, analytics, reporting and presentations
* Ensuring high quality insight is produced to feed into actionable insights
* Managing supplier relationships, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the results.
* Guiding and mentoring more junior team members.
The Candidate
- Ideally educated to degree level, with a strong grounding in research from a research or media agency (those with clientside experience will be considered)
- Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience in writing questionnaires, managing projects from start-to-finish and ability to pull out insights from the data collected
- Keen interest in how research can impact and effect change within global businesses
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills are a must
