Senior Research Executive - Qual (Client side)

Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 + Benefits

Location: Hertfordshire

Would you like to work on pioneering customer qualitative research projects for a leading quasi-public organisation?

An industry leading quasi-public organisation are now looking for a qualitative focussed Senior Research Executive to join and become a part of their successful research team. You will be working closely on leading customer insight programmes whereby your research and insights will help uncover issues and deliver valuable solutions.

Working in a supportive and friendly environment, this creative and key role will give you the chance to further develop your research skills and really help make a difference to customer's lives and drive customer strategy via qualitative research and insight.

About Role

  • Utilising qualitative research and customer immersion techniques, you will create a highly informed understanding of customer issues resulting in the delivery of insights and recommendations to improve overall customer experience
  • Creation of a customer interaction programme that will create regular opportunities for customer interaction in order to embolden the voice of the customer and inform the wider business at all levels
  • Design and utilising qual methods that resonate with customers and internal stakeholders, ultimately to drive business change and strategy
  • Managing research programmes from beginning to end, creating internal and external partnerships and reviewing existing qualitative research findings

About you

  • Proven understanding of qualitative research and ability to utilise effective qual techniques to create engaging and impactful insights
  • Relish the chance to be given full responsibility on how best to approach customer voice programmes and leverage qual research to enable customer issues are found and recommendations can be actioned
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across all levels
