The Company:

Our client, a brilliant market research agency who specialise in behavioural change research across sectors such as FMCG, Music and Sport are looking for a quantitative focussed researcher to join their team. This is dual role in which you will spend half of your time carrying out traditional researcher projects and the other half working on specific client accounts running deep dives on data, using SPSS. You will benefit from working for a company with a great culture for instance, they have fortnightly training and have introduced their 'balanced lives' initiative where they've changed their working week to a 4-day week, Mon-Thurs, so that Fridays have become a 'use as you wish day'. And yes, you will still be getting paid as if you were working 5 days a week.

The Role:

• Carrying out quantitative research projects from design through to presentation.
• Working on client account to carry out data analysis using SPSS as well as specific client platforms.
• Working across multiple projects at a time within the FMCG, Sports and Music Industries.

The Candidate:

• Ideally 2-3 years' experience working within a quantitative research role to ensure you can hit the ground running.
• Demonstratable experience using SPSS to ensure you are able to carry out the necessary data analysis required.
• Previous experience of working in an agency.
• Ability to work independently when required.
