The Company
Based in a great central London location, this media agency boasts modern and open plan offices, within excellent transport links. The company is medium in size, with their own insight department. They pride themselves on delivering high quality insights to business, to help them answer complex questions. They focus on children, young people and families, offering bespoke research solutions both domestically and internationally. The offer a competitive salary and benefits package, with opportunities for development and progression. They are now looking for a Quantitative Senior Research Executive to join the team.


The Role
In this role, you will be part of the insight team, working on a range of research projects, from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the quantitative projects, keeping clients up to date with their progress and writing insightful reports from the findings. The focus of the company is children and young people, working across multiple sectors.

Key Duties Include:-
- Managing projects from start to finish, working with the Managers and Directors, to help scope out the client needs and assessing the best way to conduct the research or what tools to use, to get to the answers required
- Working with your clients to define their key audiences, then creating robust analysis and presenting your findings to clients
- Understanding the results and writing informative and compelling reports and presenting actionable insights
- Working with other researchers in the business, to share best practice and ideas

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, with a strong grounding in quantitative research (qualitative is beneficial but not essential)
Experience working within media, or with media tools would be advantageous
Experience working within the youth sector would also be beneficial
You will be a confident project manager, who can run multiple projects at one time, efficiently and to time and budget
You will be experienced in designing quantitative surveys, including writing questionnaires, data checking, pulling out key findings, writing reports and presenting to clients
You will enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where you can be part of a strategy team and build relationships both internally and externally
