You will take a lead role in achieving the company's growth plans and you will be responsible for client service, business and team development, as well as disseminating knowledge throughout the research team.

The Role

• Run end-to-end qual projects from proposal writing to presentation
• Work on a strategic and tactical research briefs
• Line-manage, mentor and support the development of junior staff members
• Deliver growth targets required by the research team and wider business to hit annual financial targets

The Candidate

• Solid market research agency experience at the Senior Research Executive level or higher
• Experience in every aspect of the qual research process including proposal writing topic/discussion guide writing, in-depth interviews, moderated focus groups and moderated online communities, ethnographies, analysis, report writing and presenting
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and staff
