Senior Research Executive - Social Research.

The Company

They are now looking for a Senior Research Executive to join them to work on either quantitative or qualitative research projects (experience and interest depending) working within social and public sector areas. This role will suit someone who enjoys working on projects that can make a difference in people's lives.

The Role
As Senior Research Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the research projects across both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. You will be working with government departments and other public sector organisations. Through the use of insight, this work will help to inform policy and thought leadership. You will have the opportunity to work with charities, NFPs, local and central government departments and many more.

Key Responsibilities Include:-
- Managing quantitative and qualitative projects from inception through to completion, including survey design, managing fieldwork, analysis, reporting and presenting to clients
- Writing questionnaires and topic guides, that meet the research objectives
- Carrying out qualitative fieldwork and overseeing quantitative fieldwork, with your fieldwork partners
- Checking data and carrying out analysis, to pull out the key findings for the reports
- Drafting reports and presentations, working with your managers and directors to deliver high quality outputs
- Building up strong relationships with your clients, being able to effectively communicate with them and provide regular project updates
- Working on proposals with your managers
- Working as part of a team, to promote the area both internally and externally

The Candidate
- The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, and will have built up a solid grounding in either (or both) quantitative and qualitative methodologies, ideally within a research agency
- You will have experience in writing questionnaires, checking data and pulling out key findings to draft reports
- Experience in public sector research would be advantageous
- You will be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- You will be an excellent communicator, with a strong eye for detail
- You will be efficient, organised and an enthusiastic individual, who is looking to further his or her career in a fantastic organisation
