This means helping clients across areas like Media, SaaS and FMCG & Retail create & refine customer acquisition/retention strategy through insights.

They are a team of 30 spread across London and Leeds, working flexibly from modern office spaces. Building on the back of their success through the pandemic, this agency is growing its team with a quantitative Senior Research Manager.

Key Duties Include

• As Senior Research Manager lead in running/managing projects, designing questionnaires right through to delivery of insight
• Help develop client relationships, being involved in winning new business through writing proposals and pitching
• Run advanced data analysis, through techniques like conjoint and max diff
• You will build in-depth reports and engaging presentations to be made to stakeholders
• Support junior researchers in their professional development

Skills & Experience

• Strong quantitative expertise from a research agency background
• As a Senior Research Manager you are familiar with a range of quantitative techniques and strong questionnaire design
• Familiar working with data analysis software
• Able to manage yourself effectively to work across multiple tasks
• You integrate and work well with a team towards a common goal, and are also effective when working independently
