SRE - Qualitative - Boutique Consultancy.

The Company
Our client is a full service, boutique insight consultancy, boasting lovely open plan offices, and a friendly and progressive working environment in a great central London location. They are currently working from home, and plan to have flexible working in the future. They work across a range of blue-chip clients within FMCG, Retail, Financial Services, Media and Technology. They operate across quantitative and qualitative methodologies, offering a method neutral approach to clients. They are continuing to grow and they are now looking to bring on board either an Senior Research Executive or Research Manager, to work in the qualitative team. This is an exciting time to be joining the company, as they continue to develop new offerings and grow.

The Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and develop strong client relationships, to formulate a true understanding of their businesses and how research and insight can help inform decisions. You will be working in collaboration with the quantitative team, to build effective insight programmes, that will achieve the results they are looking for.

Key duties will include co-writing proposals and pitches, overseeing projects throughout their life-cycle, carrying out fieldwork (including group moderation, depths, ethnography, co-creation workshops and much more) analysis and presenting actionable insights. This role is about seeing the bigger picture and how insight feeds into the overall marketing plan for a company. You will be able to work across a variety of sectors and methodologies, as well as getting involved in the strategy and planning sides too.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a Senior Research Executive or recently appointed Research Manager level, looking to make a move into a consultancy role, where you can really work in partnership with clients.
You will have strong qualitative skills, the ability to think outside of the box and will be creative in your approach.
An appreciation or good understanding of quant will be advantageous.
You will be someone who thrives on the delivery of high quality projects and bring to life the findings, to really paint the picture for your clients.
You will enjoy working in a consultative fashion with both colleagues and clients. You will be confident in delivering pitches and presenting to your clients.
