This client is looking for a confident and driven individual to join their team as a Strategy Planning Manager. The new Strategy Planning Manager will have passion in building strategic programmatic proposals to the clients. As the new Strategy Planning Manager you will partner with client leadership to build a deep understanding of our clients knowledge.

The agency you will be joining has worldwide recognition and has over 8,000 employees around the world. You will get to work with a range of interesting clients from different sectors varying from sports to fashion to travel.

The Role

• Support the Associate Director with the delivery of strategic, market leading, and data driven recommendations and proposals.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of brief responses (inc. audience build, liaising with key partners) that meet client objectives and align with activation best practices for your accounts and campaigns.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of our competitors in order to differentiate the agency offering.
• Work closely with Product and Services and Data Teams to deliver effective data stories to support idea iteration and planning direction.

The Candidate

• An eagerness to develop their strategic thinking and understand how to translate the agency story into a clear solution for clients.
• A good understanding of programmatic and the use of data and AI to drive campaign performance, in order to bring together the best solutions and proposals that takes onboard activation best practices.
• Excellent communicator and comfortable with handling stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
• A problem solver that can resolve conflict and client pain points through diplomacy and tact.
