Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

Location: Fully Remote

An award-winning global insights and research agency is now looking for a Survey Programmer / Scripter to join their growing operational team. This is a varied role where you will be focusing on scripting, programming of surveys and working across a diverse range of projects and clients.

About the role

• Setting up and monitoring high quality online surveys across a range of exciting multi-national projects.
• Survey programming, quota setting, ensuring data protection standards are met, supporting and training team members.
• Solving a range of problems, developing strategies to increase performance and efficiencies of processes.
• Working closely with colleagues and working with the wider operational teams.

About you

• Proven experience of delivering the full cycle of survey scripting, managing quotas, fieldwork monitoring and working knowledge of data collection techniques.
• Good stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate with a range of colleagues in a collaborative environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
