Talent Consultant.

We are looking for Talent Consultant to join our fast growing, high performing team in Birmingham. You will be working in a role that will be busy, varied, and will be part of a very close-knit team. We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Consultant to come on board and have a key focus on candidate engagement, candidate matching to client job briefs and delivering a first class candidate experience.

What is the day-to-day of the role?

• Work to KPI targets to deliver results
• Sourcing and researching to find great talent
• Interview, assess and screen candidates
• Build shortlists of talent
• Post job advertisements to our website and candidate attraction channels
• Work collaboratively with our Recruitment Consultants to source and match candidates and jobs

Required Skills and Experience

• At least one year's previous experience in a customer facing role
• Customer service
• Good level of written English
• High performance mindset
• Organisational and administrative skills
• A strong work-ethic
• Enthusiastic personality
• Willingness to learn and develop
