The role

This role is hugely exciting if you are interested in working on ad products, projects and innovations! The business serves billions of ad impressions every month for a selection of high spending advertiser's so this is your chance to show your creativity and commercial thinking. Working to create eye-catching and innovative advertising units and products which can be served to diverse and expectant audiences is the name of the game in this role, so you can expect to be given freedom to come up with new ways of reaching audiences with advertising which appeals to their tastes. Once the ad unit or product has been created it needs to be tested to ensure that it can be sold and delivered on behalf of advertisers so having the technical understanding from an advertising point of view is also critical.

THE CANDIDATE

* Managing a team of 2. Prior management experience isn't necessary but being excited about managing will be critical if you don't have this experience
* Experience with DFP to understand how ads perform on the page but also significant experience in HTML, Javascript and CSS for ad creation and testing
* Commercial thinking - looking at what has been created and ensuring that the sales team understand how to sell the product and how it benefits their clients
* Excellent time management experience - looking at what is your priority, delegating to the team where necessary and working to tight deadlines
* Excited and enthusiastic about your career - you will be leading a team and your energy and passion needs to be infectious to inspire your team and foster a positive working environment!
