About the Opportunity

A medical technology business is seeking a Territory Manager to support its Foot & Ankle division across London on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The territory covers both NHS and private healthcare accounts. You'll be responsible for managing clinical relationships, supporting product usage, and achieving sales targets across the region.

The role would suit a medical device sales professional with experience working in theatre environments and building relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales activity across the London Foot & Ankle territory

• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, consultants, and healthcare professionals

• Support business development across NHS and private accounts

• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and clinical training sessions

• Manage territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline activity

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support territory objectives

• Provide customer support and account management

• Represent the business professionally within operating theatre and clinical environments

What They're Looking For

• Proven sales experience within the Medical Device industry

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience working within theatre or clinical environments preferred

• Good commercial awareness and territory management skills

• Comfortable delivering presentations, demonstrations, and training

• Able to work independently and manage workload effectively

• Strong team collaboration skills

• Full UK driving licence required
