The Person

You are a progressive UK Qualified Trade Mark Attorney (or Qualified Solicitor) looking to move into a key position with one of the most prestigious private practice firms in London.

You should possess genuine drive and determination to exceed expectations in the IP profession, and take pride in the quality of service and commercial advice you offer clients. Your excellent command of both written and spoken English, and your aptitude for problem solving, will enable you to add immediate value to a close-knit team.

You will have attained a solid grounding in the day-to-day work of a Trade Mark professional, ideally including advisory, prosecution and contentious areas of IP.

The Role

A brand new position, this role will enable the successful Trade Mark Attorney to gain increased exposure to some truly pioneering portfolios with pivotal blue-chip, SME and University clients both home and abroad. You will enjoy considerable responsibility and autonomy for a significant Trade Mark portfolio, with genuine scope for business development too.

Attorneys in this team benefit from caseloads via different Partners, so you can expect both a high quality and variety of work to encompass contentious and litigious areas of Trade Marks.
