The Person

You are a progressive, motivated and recently qualified UK Trademark Attorney with a proven background in handling contentious and non-contentious client portfolios. You will have progressed well in your career to date, and possess a natural thirst to gain exposure to an increasing range of legal skills, and stretch your capabilities.

Experience of working across sectors like FMCG, retail and technology would be advantageous as you must be able to coordinate relationships with decision makers at all levels, and influence trademark filing strategies respectively. Essentially, you thrive on building and maintaining client relationships, so previous experience of working in private practice or a law firm would be required.

The Role

This is an established trade mark practice group in London, and you'll be joining a firm with real strength in depth. You can look forward to an immediate caseload of varied and challenging work from an impressive UK and overseas client base to include: automotive, consumer goods, sports, food and drink, clothing, pharmaceuticals and leisure based sectors.

The team benefits from the support of an experienced paralegal team, so you'll be able to focus on client-facing attorney work. This is a challenging role that would suit a Trademark Attorney who is looking to work in a open and meritocratic environment, where the scope to advance professionally is genuinely encouraged and supported at all levels.
