The Role

This exciting role will be sitting on our new and growing technology division, recruiting across a variety of roles including software engineers, web developers, IT specialists and many more, in a range of industries!

  • Full 360 recruitment role.
  • Develop client contact strategies and conduct business development calls.
  • Schedule and attend pitches with prospective clients.
  • Consult and engage with clients to understand their needs and provide the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates.
  • Networking in industry, sector, and specialism and become an expert in market.
  • Candidate engagement - Identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Interview candidates to understand their requirements and gain valuable market information.
  • Provide advice on market conditions, CV and interview techniques and manage expectations.

The Candidate

  • A keen interest and passion for technology will ensure you are passionate about the market you are recruiting into, supporting candidates and clients.
  • 6-18 months of previous B2B sales experience or an internship while at universitywill allow you to hit the ground running remotely.
  • Outstanding organisation will ensure you can balance and prioritise your varied responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills will allow you to communicate well with clients.
  • The ability to multitask will allow you to help you work well under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
