You'll be working for a great company who have become an enduringly successful media corporation by focusing on creating content that matters most to millions of people around the world: from print and online publishing to radio and money-helper services for consumers, as well as sales and marketing services for SMB.

This is a small UX team and requires an applicant with a broad array of UX skills. A typical week may consist of understanding the requirements from the various stake holders about a new project. You may then be responsible for establishing the most efficient and effective research strategy and write the research questions, before conducting moderated usability studies. This will include setting up a wide array of relevant UX research techniques (A/B, 5 sec, Click test, competitor analysis, heuristic analysis, etc.).

In order to be successful in this amazing role, you will need to be;

· Asking the right questions to find real insights. (UX research strength would be a bonus)

· Understanding what research technique will yield the most value based on the specific project.
· Socialising findings to the stakeholders in a clear, unbiased and illuminating way.
· Conducting ideation meetings to draw all relevant parties into the design process.
· Be able to create low fidelity / med and high-fidelity clickable prototypes.
· Making the case for the user and being able to back up design decisions with data.
· Listening to all requirements, limitations, business req's and wants and being able to forge a design that works for all.
· Being flexible in how each project is approached, you will divide UX responsibilities but work cohesively as a team.
· Keeping projects focused and moving forwards through each step of the process.
· Experience developing design systems and style guides.
· Conduct a range of qualitative and quantitative studies that provide insights from conception to release.
It's helpful if you have experience of
· Sketch ideally otherwise Axure RP
· InVision (Clickable prototypes)
· Balsamiq
· Maze (usability testing platform)
· Hotjar
· HTML/CSS basics (you are not required to code, but an understanding would help)
· Background in UX research would be beneficial
· Microsoft teams / PowerPoint (Training can be provided)
· Miro
· Jira
· Working on Mac books
