Website Optimisation Analyst
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: London (with remote working)



A leading, London-based, independent agency is presently looking for their next Website Optimisation Analyst. If you have a background in marketing analysis and are passionate about your work, I want to hear from you!

This position exists as clients to the agency need expert guidance in how to make their websites as effective as possible in turning visitors to buyers. This is a role with a diverse set of responsibilities and the incoming Website Optimisation Analyst will be involved in working with Research, Copywriting, Design, Front-end Development, Quality Assurance and Project Management teams to deliver projects for clients.

The keyword for this position is experimentation. This is a critical skill that the incoming Website Optimisation Analyst must be able to display during the interview process. You must have a questioning mind, always thinking about how things look from a consumer point of view so that you can research client websites and their competitor websites to be able to propose optimisation strategies and recommendations.

In order for your application to be successful, you must be able to show demonstrable experience in the following areas; conversion rate optimisation, user journey and user experience. About the role
* Experimenting on client websites to determine where in their journey customers are lost and providing strategies and recommendations to narrow that gap
* Working with data to analyse reports and able to offer recommendations
* Utilising tools Google Analytics, Google Optimize and Optimizely to gain insight into what is working for clients and what needs to change to achieve the desired aims
* Working to help clients in understanding their audiences and audience behaviour


About you
* Strong background in Google Analytics, Google Optimize or Optimizely
* Adept at asking questions and uncovering needs to give you the inside track on what is needed by clients and client teams
* The ability to deliver reports to colleagues and stakeholders
* Exceptional communication skills, which will include managing client, colleague and stakeholder relationships
