I've been wondering for while now...Is it only me finding it difficult to concentrate or is the rest of the world feeling it too?
Turns out that an increased information and content on different media streams is exhausting our attention and urges to switch between topics more regularly than before. The infamously ill-focused goldfish attention span is nine seconds. According to new studies, people now generally lose concentration after 8 seconds, highlighting the effects of media content overflow on the brain.
