To help ease any nerves we've jotted down what you can expect from a typical interview process at Aspire so there's no need for guesswork. If you would prefer an adapted process to perform your best, just let us know.
Whether you've applied directly, through a job board, head hunted by Aspire, or referred by our Consultants, you'll have an informal 20-30 minute call with our hiring manager to see if the role matches your requirements and visa versa.
The first stage interview will be face to face, either in person or via Microsoft Teams. A 30 minute conversation with the hiring manager for the role to give you an in-depth overview of the role. This is also to help us understand your experience
The second and final stage can be up to an hour in person with Senior management and a Business Director to ask you competency-based questions. You'll also be asked to do a short role-play to demonstrate your expertise.
After the second stage, we can make the decision on the same day. We don't hang around, we can't wait to see your skills in action.
