Niharika Samuel.

I am an architecture graduate who fell into the wild and wonderful world of recruitment. In my final year of Architecture School, I attended a career development day hosted by a leading architectural recruitment agency. They later approached me to join them as a consultant where I built a contract desk across interior design and architecture, chaired the events team, and represented the company at international functions such as MIPIM.

Fast forward July 2023 and I am the divisional manager of Content and Marketing at Aspire. I have been UK Perm Top Biller in 2021 and 2022, and in Jan 2023 I took a 6-month sabbatical to travel to 9 countries in South East Asia, finishing my trip in my ancestral home of India.

I am now back and heading up an amazing team of four excellent consultants. I will also be continuing to recruit within the content and marketing space from graduate to C-suite level roles.
