👥 The Role: What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for a Client Success & Growth Partner (aka Account Manager) to join our growing commercial team.

This is a client-facing, impact-focused role where you'll take ownership of key accounts, uncover new opportunities, and help clients access the training solutions that move the needle.

You'll be part relationship builder, part opportunity spotter, part project coordinator - and 100% client champion.

• 🤝 Manage client relationships across industries like tech, property, wellness, and finance

• 🔍 Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and uncover new business

• 📞 Engage with clients via Teams, Zoom, phone, and email

• 📆 Coordinate training logistics, itineraries, and scheduling (virtual & in-person)

• 📝 Organise materials for open courses and in-house training

• 💼 Handle bookings & invoicing accurately and on time

• 📊 Support compliance processes (ISO, Investors in People)

• 🎯 Hit and exceed targets with integrity and focus
