ROLE: Business Development Manager
SALARY: £55-70k (DOE) + £45k commission

Responsibilities:
* Build and manage relationships across top media agencies and directly with clients.
* Drive new business opportunities across the company's media portfolio.
* Represent the brand confidently and credibly within the advertising industry.

Skills:
* Proven experience in media sales, particularly within agency-facing roles.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A passion for youth culture, advertising, and innovative media solutions.
