In this Associate Director role for this outstanding research consultancy you will be overseeing a crucial account worth £1.5 million, helping to maximise growth and deliver robust 21st Century research practice.

KEY DUTIES

• As Associate Director, manage 3-5 associate consultants and deliver work that meets clients objectives within scope and budget
• Embed yourself within the operational aspects of the role, leading on costing work, writing proposals and delivering compelling pitches
• Identify key business problems, insights and innovation needs for clients

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience across a range of research methodologies including quantitative and qualitative research within an agency environment
• Able to develop senior relationships with clients helping to explore creative and versatile problem solving and solutions
• Demonstrable experience developing client relationships and identifying new business prospects
• Possess excellent creative writing and oral communication skills
